Hey guys, check out this tweet I found on youtube: https://twitter.com/buckstermcgee/st...96126270603264
According to this guy, he talked with Surface Live chat, and they (unofficiall) confirmed that the i7 models of the SP3 will be the 4650U model and will use Intel HD 5000.

If this's true, is this sealing the deal for any of you? It certainly would for me, if I had enough money to get one :)

Very tempting for sure. Considering Im looking for a more mobile version of my current hp touchsmart convertible - which is heavy and lacks a reasonable battery life, I would say no.

Nothing I use would really benefit from the upped-specs. And with Steam's streaming, I can play the latest and greatest games on anything really. The price difference could easily go towards other purchases I'm holding out on (updated gpu and sound card in my desktop and next-gen console).

Sounds good but in what instances would the differance btw 4400 and 5000 be noticable (and how big a difference)?
