SP3 is losing system time?

My SP3 i5 is loosing system time. I have done a full refresh multiple times and same result. Time is drifting about 30 behind. Always plugged in.

Mine is staying right on target.

turn it off. Then press the volume up and power button and keep holding both. The device will turn on and off on it's own, keep holding. The device may turn back on after several seconds after being off, if it does, let the buttons go and let it start Windows, if not let the button go, and hit the power button.

Once Windows has started, restart the system. Now, is your problem solved?
