Warranties for Surface Pro 3

Has anyone purchased a Protection Plan for their Surface Pro 3?
I've taken a look at a few, while trying to decide which is best:

Microsoft Complete - 1 Year Extended Service Plan with ADP for $149.99

BestBuy Accidental Protection (Covers drops & spills) $179/1 year, $249/2year, $449.98/3 year

SquareTrade - Warranty + ADH $164.99/3 year ($124.99 w/ 40% off coupon code), $224.99/3 year ($184.99 w/ 40% off coupon code)

BestBuy plan is too expensive in my opinion. I noticed quite a few people signing up for the Microsoft Complete plan. SqaureTrade warranty looks very tempting. I've used them before with my tablets and cell phones.

I purchased Microsoft Complete with my Surface Pro 3 just as I did for my other Surface (RT and 2). I think the price is fair in that it includes accidents and I have a convenient Microsoft Store that has been good about service, which so far has been limited to issues that turned out to be operator error.
