Went to use my camera for the second time

first time I tried my camera. I wanted to use it to scan documents, but since the camera has a fixed focus it didn't come out well.

I wanted to take a picture outside and the results were wash out. The screen showed the same thing while I wast taking the picture.. Maybe it can't handle the sunlight?

I also rebooted and still the same. I didn't try the other camera.

Yeah, sadly the camera is a bit shoddy on the pro 3, have you tried adjusting the exposure to get a better picture?

Pay 1k for SP3 and get a 90's .99 cents webcam.. You would of thought they would have used a camera off one of the Lumia's phone.

Why are you even using the SP3 as a camera!? You, presumably, have a smartphone for that. The cameras on the SP3, in my opinion are for Skyping indoors and not for taking pictures, I mean why would anyone heft this 12" beauty for taking pictures?

I know its annoying, I heard that Ipad have decent camera's so you'd think surfaces would too, and I think (as Tapataco said) that the camera's mainly used or Skype/conference calls.
