Always need to power on my SP3 twice to start up

No clue if this is build 14267 related but since a week or so I need to power on my SP3 twice to actually have it boot to Windows...

The first time, it just stays on "SURFACE" but doesn't load Windows. After a hard power off with the power button, it does boot into Windows 10 14267...

I want to do a hard reset but time is scarce :s
Anybody else had this and know about a fix?

The latest build solved the boot issue for me!
