cracked screen, pro 4 replace

Hi! I cracked my screen om my Surface Pro 3 i3 and my insurance company will replace it with a brand new one. And since the pro 3 ain't available any more, im getting an equal device. So my question is, which is the most equal unit for the Pro 3 i3 64GB? The Surface 3 or the Pro 4 m3? Haven't found any good sites with benchmarks on the i3 vs the others..

Pro 4 m3 is way better than Surface 3.

Yeah i get that but what Surface model are most equal to my Pro 3 i3. Im guessing its either Surface 3 or Pro 4 m3. I don't know because I haven't found any benchmarks on them..
