I have a SP3 I5 4GB RAM128GB SSD, and both BT and WiFi went out twice.
On both occasions my SP3 was on I was logged in. When I unlocked my screen, it showed that my BT and wifi cards were not present. I tried restarting, then reload drivers and still didn't work. I ended up having to completely factory reset both times.
I don't think it's a driver problem because it wasn't recognizing the hardware at all. I could not turn on BT or Wifi
