Is Windows 10 supposed to detect when you attach a keyboard or remove a keyboard and automagically switch between tablet mode and desktop?

It works on the Surface (and only if you enabled it in the settings). On other tablets, I suppose it is down to the manufacturer. I assume this sort of needs to be enabled / supported in the firmware / drivers.
