New sound plays a bit of the previous sound

I don't know how to most clearly explain my situation. I recently purchased a Surface Pro 4, and it's been a pretty decent experience, all known issues aside, like the light bleed, and unwanted resets. I have a new problem where if I play video A on YouTube, then pause, and watch play another song B on Groove for example, prior to playing song B, it plays a blip (< half a second) of the audio on video A. Yes, playback resumes successfully, but it kind of ruins the experience, especially if video A had loud audio, and song B was some quiet song.

Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a fix?
