SP4 i7 vs i5 Battery Life?

What kind of battery life is everyone getting on their SP4 i7 and SP4 i5 devices. Mainly going to be running Photoshop drawing and Maya animating. Having a hard time choosing which way to go.

I m using i7 256 8gigs, nd I m getting 3-4 hours of similar use. Mainly Photoshop and AE

I own an i7 256 gb 16 gig model - i'm getting around 3 hours on Microsoft office (excel) and streaming sky go and Netflix for example. I get around 6 hours with brightness turned down to darker or suggested and using powersave when I am browsing using the edge browser only. IE/Firefox and chrome don't seem to be well optimised. Sadly I don't see this device getting very far from a powerpoint or a USB powerbank but I'm comfortable with that.

I think the M3 probably will deliver by far the best battery life out of the variants but clearly wont be the professional's choice. I tthink the i5 should hopefully deliver better battery life than the i7 but that's just a hunch based on all the professional reviewers tests out there.

I have I7, 16g, 128g and get about 7 hours using Excel and stock software almost constantly. Have battery saver on.
