Its nice that the Pro4 has such a high resolution, however, the tools and text in Photoshop is so small, I can't read it.

I've played with the settings in Control panel > Appearance and Personalisation > Display

Tried custom scaling and changing font sizes. It change the appearance of windows and other apps, but Photoshop remains teeny weeny.

    Any ideas?

Adobe has been very poor about supporting display scaling which is why the UI (user interface) is so tiny on high resolution displays. They're working on it and it's somewhat better with the latest version of Creative CC but that's little comfort for us who have older versions of Adobe software or who have cheaper software like Elements.

All you can do is lower the display resolution if the UI targets are too small to see.

You can try this work around. I have tried it on several different applications that are to small on the surface Pro and it works fine. Although this article discusses Adobe, the fix has worked for any apps I have tried it on that have a DPI issue on the Surface.
