Is the Surface 4, with an i5 and 128 SSD worth $699

I am not sure how well windows 10 runs, so I am not sure if 4gb of ram is going to be enough or not. I am not any sort of power user, but I am in business school, and therefore need something that has some capabilities.

Windows 10 is running fine on my 6th gen i3 + 4 GB RAM laptop. For using Office products/etc. it should be smooth.

I've got that exact setup and it runs very well. I don't do very intensive tasks on it so I've never fully tested it's capabilities, but I do use several browser tabs or even several browsers at once (Edge, Firefox, Chrome), and mail and a few other office apps and it hasn't slowed all at.

As for the price, that is a decent deal, but to fully take advantage of what this can do, factor in about $130 for the keyboard cover and that's the real price.
