Battery saver wont turn off

I'm still not sure what the implications are exactly with this issue, but I've noticed that my battery saver mode just cannot be turned off. I click the battery icon and turn off the toggle button and it just comes back. I go into settings and turn EVERYTHING regarding battery saver off there and it all just resets back.

I turned off the Surface Pro 4 and and turned it back and, lo and behold, battery saver is still there.

Anyone else see this before? Like I said, I don't know what the issues, if any, are or will be with this setting always on, but it just annoys me that it can't be turned off.

could possibly be as bug, as such a bug was affected mobile users as they were unable to turn off auto updates under store settings. could you tell us your OS build?
