Since installing the last W10 cumulative update on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 on my SP4 i7 16GB, fan activity has increased pretty dramatically. Prior to this update, I can't remember the last time I heard the fan at all, even when using Photoshop and/or running the Netflix UWP app while working (I'm a web developer). When the fan is on, I check the Task Manager. Even when CPU usage is only 4%, the fan will be on. It runs more intense at 6% and up. If I stop a few tasks and get it down to 3% or less, the fan will stop. However, I'm not using anything more or less than I was prior to the W10 update.

Any ideas? Am I the only one?
