Scroll problem in chrome with a Microsoft Surface pro 4, scroll with one finger on screen (not with touchpad).
Sometimes, when I wake the surface fro sleep, the one finger scroll in chrome doesn't work anymore (sometime it register it as a "right click").
When this happen, the scroll is still working fine in edge.
The only solution workaround I have found is a reboot.
I have tried disabling/ enabling all HID-device with "touchscreen" in the name without sucess. I have done all the window update without sucess. I have tried reinstalling chrome
Any idea ?
