March update wont install (KB4013429), anyone else?

Having trouble installing one of this months security updates (KB4013429) on my Surface Pro 4. Ive tried reseting Windows Update but it still wont install, it downloads and the fails during the installation. Also tried a manual installation, that fails too.

No issues with this update on my other computers so im thinking it might be a Surface 4 issue, is anyone else having problem with this update?

Since Windows 10 automatically keeps trying to install the update, it also Drains the battery. Batterybar Pro reads 7-8 Watt instead of 4-6 Watt.

got mine on the 17th and it installed with no problems.
surface pro 4 I7 256gb 8gb ram

Did a recovery installation of Windows 10 and all security updates installed without a problem.

I was going to ask if your device is managed by an admin or organisation - bu you've already solved the issue

2 hours and still try to install in ASUS ROG with 12 Gb Ram, core I7 5th gen.
