Hi. I am using the arc touch mouse on my Surface Pro 4 and it stopped working. I tried rebooting my computer, turning the mouse off and on, repairing the mouse to Bluetooth, and changing the battery. However, none of that worked. The mouse comes on, but it is just no longer working. I did notice in the action center that it states that Bluetooth is on but not connected. I am not sure what that means because I do have a wireless connection. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
