Surface pro 4 i7 8gb 256gb or iPad Pro 12.9 256gb

Hi everyone I need help deciding, I’ve always had apple products, I’ve got the iPad Pro 12.9 256gb and have seen the surface pro 4 i7 8gb 256gb, I’m looking for some real feedback on the surface pro and what would you choose, I’m maybe looking at trading in my iPad at a local shop to get the surface but still not 100% on what to do, do I keep my iPad or get the surface?

If u r in the Apple ecosystem, go for the iPad, meaning if u have a Mac, and an iPhone thats it.
If u wanna try full windows, on a really powerfull machine, that can also serve as a workhorse, a desktop, a laptop, a tablet... Surface is the thing for u. Though, I should mention, SP4 is now a bit older, 3 yrs AFAIK.
