Can the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 run Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator?

Found a good deal on a Microsoft Surface Pro 4. I’m a tattoo artist and I need a tablet for drawing, and I want to be able to use Adobe softwares to do it. I’m not a fan of the apple alternatives so I’m looking to see if this is a good investment? It has everything it needs with it for $450

Sure, why not. As long as it has at least an i5 processor, for heavy work use i7. 8GB RAM is also recommended, that is the one I have and Lightroom runs fine on it.

It'll be fine unless you do heavy lifting better suited for a desktop.
