Microsoft Surface Pro M3 Takes ages to power up

I have a surface pro m3 tablet and all of a sudden it wont turn on, when I press the power button the widows logo flashed up then it turns of, I repeat this 20 - 60 times and eventually it will power up.
I have tried all the usual resets but nothing has helped, however today after trying for 30 mins to turn it on I tried warming it up from the back with a hairdryer and it powered up first time after that.
Has any body got any experience with this problem?

, not sure but to me that sounds like a loose cable or contact point or such. Is this a new device? Do you still have warranty? Is there a local Microsoft shop near you?
