Start Screen Background

How do I get to those quirky background that's used on the start screen? I've found magesres.dll and opened it using resource hacker, but I can't find the files. Anyone know where they are located.

The background are generated via code. You might get each elements that form a picture, but it's generated.
Make each tile on your screen as a separate group, making this massively long Start screen to scroll to reach the last button, and you'll see that the background goes on and on, and not scratched or anything (personally tested).
