Had Surface Pro 2 for two days and 2.3% battery wear HELP???

Ive only done 2 cycle counts and only browse with IE on desktop....... Im only experiencing roughly 4 hours till it completely drains.
Please someone help I have the 128gb/4gb version, I'm on holidays and really want to use this all the time but now I feel like every time I use it, the battery drains and makes me feel as if I lose 1 min each time of battery wear.

It says windows 8.1? just restarted the surface now it did and unexpected update which took 5 minutes ....before this update though it was already said 8.1
