Confused - Is pen Wacom or N-triq?

Just reading around forums and a lot of people mentioning the pen is N-triq, ive just seen the video review on WPCentral and the guy mentions it is a Wacom pen. Which is it!

I just read (on this thread: http://forums.windowscentral.com/microsoft-surface-pro-3/285067-stylus-pro3-work-pro2.html) that it's an N-trig. I just searched it and saw this: http://www.winbeta.org/news/surface-pro-3-ditches-wacom-better-n-trig-pen
So most likely it's an N-trig.
