I currently have an SP1 and love the Miracast capability. Do we know if SP3 will continue to have this functionality? I don't see why it would be removed, but it is worth asking.

Any Windows 8 ultrabook/device with Intel processor and wireless card will support Miracast. So yes, the SP3 does support it.

All Surface Pro devices support Miracast, they use the Intel WiDi 4.x Drivers (which are Miracast compliant) for Video/Sound and USB and the Marvell N and AC adapter support WiFi Direct for Miracast, so technically it uses Miracast due to the WLAN....

I use Wireless Display daily on my SP3 as I did on my SP2 and S2...
