Double check your bank accounts to make sure MS didn't put twice the holds on your account.
On 6/13 I placed my order in the amount of $1077.06
That money was placed on hold on the 18th
Today another hold was placed on my account for $124.01 and $953.05.
I contacted Microsoft and the customer service man said "We placed a hold on the $1077.06 and will release the funds once the full $1077.06 is charged." However this has caused a $1077.06 hold due to fall off with in the next 3-5 business days as well as $124.01 & $953.05 hold to be charged with in the next 24hrs all to be on my account at the same time.
Just wanted to share with you guys incase anyone may be experiencing the same issue.
P.S. While talking the the rep he said my device is out with UPS and will be delivered tomorrow!!
