Hanging on restart

It seems that every since January (possibly a firmware update around then) my SP3 hangs when restarting. It shuts down. Powers up and gets stuck at "Surface." I have to force shut down and power up again and it's fine. But this really sucks for when I update my SP3 or just need to restart. Anyone else having this issue?

When you need to restart try keeping your keyboard out, and not flipped behind the device. I believe somebody figured that out in the forums a while ago and passed the info to Microsoft but I can't find that post. I hope a fix comes soon for that because it is annoying.
