BSOD + 3 dead pixels on SP3

Hi guys

Today, I suddenly (and for the first time) got a blue screef of death on my 1 month old Surface Pro 3. Immediately afterwards, I noticed 3 dead pixels. 2 of them are adjacent, the other one is somewhere else on the screen.
Of course, it's possible that these dead pixels were there before the BSOD, but I never noticed them in any case.

Do you know of any issue that could cause AND a BSOD AND dead pixels?

Anyway, do you think I should return the device?
Although it's only 3 pixels - as far as I know - it's really bugging me. Nobody likes buying an expensive device for it to show some defects just a bit later.
But on the other hand, I'm not sure the online microsoft store (I bought it from microsoftstore.ch, Switzerland) accepts returns for a few dead pixels, and it also takes several weeks to replace.

Could you give some advice please?

Probably those girly sites you're visiting everyday. Been knows to knock out a pixel from time to time. JK. Sure, factory defects. It happens in ANY factory anywhere in the world. Back up your stuff, contact MS and send it back for a replacement. You should be ok.
