i tried on latest insider build, unsuccessful.

i cant post the link to the website i found that told me how but this is an excerpt

search for “Region” in the search bar and you’ll find your region and language settings. This can also be found under Control Panel –> Clock, Language, and Region. Simply change your country from Canada to United States from the drop-down menu.
