Surface Pro 3 and Windows 10 - Connected Standby / Hyper-V Issues Resolved???

Does anyone know if the Connected Standby / Hyper-V Issues are resolved with the Surface Pro 3 and Hyper-V? I purchased a Surface Pro 3 pre-loaded with Windows 10, loaded Visual Studio Community 2015 with ALL options. Hyper-V is on and enabled and it does seem like it does go into Connected Standby. Was just wanting someone to confirm that this was indeed fixed.

I have Hyper-V and Visual Studio 2015 loaded and I am not experiencing any issues like before.
