Weird issues with Surface Pen and OneNote

I've recently got a Surface Pro 3 (long story- but it was very cheap!) and I'm loving it. Especially OneNote, and the clicking the pen top to launch it. However, recently that function has stopped working. The pen is still connected- it shows up in the Bluetooth settings, and double clicking it launches the screenshot bit of OneNote just fine, but the single click doesn't do anything.

Any ideas? I'm on Windows 10, fully up to date. Tried disconnecting the pen and reconnecting it.

Did you ever get it working? Mine did this today, but has since started working. Fully expect it to pop up again.

Yeah it's working fine right now. Weird. It seems to be more likely to cause issues when the Surface has just been turned on, and OneNote hasn't been launched since boot.
