Million dollar question: Will Surface Pro 4 widen it's reach?

So, yeah, new Surface Pro looks absolutely stunning. Truth to be told, I was interested in this line of devices for quite some time, but always ended up empty handed because Microsoft decided, for some reason, that only people from a few countries are entitled to have it.

I mean, yes, I could order it from somewhere out there but import fees and taxes are mindblowing in this case :/

Do you think Microsoft will change their attitude and release Surface Pro 4 in more countries? If not, what do you think is the reasoning behind that decision?

I would say the reasoning is likely due to government regs, trade relations, sanctions, etc. US isn't allowed to ship advanced computers to non-friendly nations. I doubt is a solely a "Microsoft" thing. And you can't necessarily compare sales of iPads to certain countries vs. Surface. The government might consider Surface a different class of computer than an iPad.
