HELP! reset my surface pro 4 to factory, but now it only boots to bios?

I reset to factory, through the cloud. Now it only boots to the bios. I have a usb drive with windows 10 recovery, but when I use that, I have no touch screen to tell it what language.

Never had something like that but can you check if by chance your volume button is not stuck? Maybe press it a few times to see if it clicks? Boot to bios should be power and volume down i think so if that one is stuck maybe it always boots to bios?

USB mouse or keyboard is probably needed in the recovery environment. If you dont have the type cover.

I re-did my recovery usb, and this time it worked. I had to go to recovery mode, not just reset. Thanks.
