Ghost touches on my SP4 screen, what could it be?

Ghost touches on my SP4 screen

Very happy with my Surface Pro 4 with Type Cover except for one issue: without touching the screen or touch pad there are ghost touches on my screen which cause to move the cursor (when typing) or even open a hyperlink (when surfing).
I changed mouse and touch pad settings but no luck.

It look like the toch screen is too sensitive: even without coming close is seems to respond.

Anyone who faces this issue also and any ideas how to solve it?

I can't speak for the SP4 but the Surface RT have suffers with this as well, sometimes it will go on its own and other times removing the keyboard fixes it. I have a suspicion that it's firmware related but I wouldn't rule out a hardware issue either.
