I have tried power off my Surface Pro 4 with battery saver mode on. Then when I try to turn it back on pressing the power button won't do anything. I have to end up press and hold the power button for over 10s to have to randomly successfully turned on. I tested with and without battery saver mode and I got the same result. If no battery saver mode when I press power button once it turn on. When I shut off with battery saver mode and it won't turn on unless I hold the power button super long. I don't think this is normal but I am not sure. Anyone else experienced this as well?
