BSOD - System Service Exception

Hello
this morning i tried to restart my SP4 i5/256/8gb and it now keeps doing a loop of restarting and going to a BSOD that says system_service_exception with no other info. i tried to doing a start up repair and a chkdsk from the recovery command prompt but nothing has helped. help please !

I had the same problem for 3 times in 3 weeks.

And this is the solution i did get from Microsoft and it helped.

The only downside is it formats your surface 4.
