Outlook crashes at startup, also in safe mode. System restore help for a day or 2

Getting desparate here.

Outlook 2016 crashes on startup, no helpfull info in the message log.
Also in safe mode. In every profile i choose.
But when i perform a system restore from a week ago; it works again. For a couple of days, and then its back. I have exported the whole Office branch from the registry so i could import it again when the crashing reappears. I have disabled hardware acceleration in Word.
So, i have tried every solution i could find to no avail. I did find a Surface Pro 3 user who had his entire Surface Pro swapped for another one...
All other apps work fine (also Office 2016 apps).
