Why is my Surface Pro 4 clicking in the left corner by its own?

why is my surfas pro 4 cliking in th left corner by its own

Can't go full screen it will minimize and the device starts clicking and the clicking noise comes on for a few seconds and stops it looks like some one is clicking the tablet it habend wen I hooked up the surface keyboard and it still Harbin eve if the keyboard is not hooked up

you might want to take it to a service technician - a few had reported of the same issue of random clicks happening on the screen where the glass was too tight
