screen mirroring/ chromcast

Hi there on sp4 I have never being able to connect to my TV, sp3 windows 8.1 did no problem but sp4 windows 10, no joy, tried many ways and now tried chrome cast but again nothing working, can someone help beside saying cable, as far as I see the sp4 not compatible with any think

I'm assuming that you downloaded Chrome and installed Google Cast from the Chrome Store correct? I haven't had issues using that method on my SP4. If you haven't installed Chrome and Google Cast from the Chrome Store, definitely do that. There is an option to cast your entire desktop.
