Surface Pro 4 Pen Pointer Isssue

I've noticed this weird "bug" when using the Surface Pro 4 pen.

If you open say, sticky notes and drag your pen to the edge to resize the note, the pointer changers to the <--> to allow you to do this. The problem is when you go back to write, the pointer remains as <--> and it is very... very.. annoying.

I've noticed the same "pointer issue" in one note as well while taking notes.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Just tried it on mine, and yeah, does it too. The even stranger part though is that you don't even need to resize the window--just hover over the perimeter of the note then move back into the field and it stays with the resize arrows.

Updated to 14393.222 and the problem still exists...
