Need some quick advice - is $300 worth it for SP2?

I have an offer that i have to get back to by the end of the day. I am selling my surface pro 2 for $399 online but then i ahve to pay to ship it, deal with someone i dont know etc.

Someone i know offered me $300 for my SP2 that i bought in 2013. It is the 128GB model in good condition with type cover. Do you guys think this is worth it and i should go for it? I have seen a lot of SP2s on EBay and some are barely selling the most i think i could get for it is $400 but i might not sell it at all online. Need to figure out by days end. Thank you

Gazelle wants to give me 160$ USD which is a joke. I would never sell anything to that site, I looked up my Icon a few months ago when I wanted to sell it and they offered 30 bucks LOL
