Surface Pro 3 MicroSD and USB devices constantly unmount/mount

My MicroSD card and USB devices(ext hard drive, DVD drive) constantly/intermittently unmounts/mounts whether standing alone or in the docking station. Has anyone else experienced this issue??? I've made sure all firmware updates have been done and I've wipe the OS 3 times already and same thing keeps happening.

Same here, always happen to me, i have reformatted it already, downloaded all updates (06-27-2017) still constantly unmounts my usb devices even the MicroSD.
