On the Microsoft Community Forum, I and over 800 fellow Windows 10 inkers have reported a problem with the new (2017) Surface Pro and Pen that causes erratic ink offsets (from the tip) depending on how you hold your Surface and whether or not you rest your palm on the touchscreen. It seems to be related to the tilt detection feature. Has anyone on this forum experienced this issue? You would get more mileage by submitting your complaints through the Microsoft Feedback app, which is one of the channels Microsoft uses to gather customer data.
