Windows update 1803 with japanese keyboar

Hello All

I just recently update my surface pro to windows 1803 updated. however the update killed the japanese input such a hiragana and katakana. As before i have used the keyboard called :

Microsoft Basic Keyboard (106/109 )

now, this keyboard does not work, i have try with :
Microsoft Multimedia key 106/109
Microsoft Natural Multimedia key 106/109

but both are failed... Is there any great advice

There is a 'Use kana input' switch inside the options for the Microsoft IME under keyboards that you need to turn OFF to restore proper operation of the Japanese language in Windows 10. Don't know why MS wasted our time with this one??
