Can you connect the surface pro 3 to two external displays?
So one of the external displays will have your normal desktop and the other external display has the extended desktop.
I believe that the Surface Pro 3's GPU is only strong enough to push ONE external HD Display, as well as still using the SP3's Display. I use a 43'" monitor with my SP3 with up to 4 PBP (Picture By Picture), for side-by-side multi-tasking.
