Agreed. I'm also sure I'll run into someone who doesn't even know it's the launch date.

After RT lack of proper info on preorders and 920/ATT lack of proper info, I have to say I will never preorder again. I got both devices when promised but was a nightmare trying to get the right information from all involved. I'll wait for the mess to die down and pick one up.

Just went to my local Microsoft Store to get a reservation ticket. The guy that worked there didn't even know about it. He had to go ask another lady to get the information.

My nearest MS store is 150 miles away and won't be open until March 9th. I am intrigued by the Surface Pro, but I don't like to buy stuff sight unseen, so I might wait until March (unless the reviews are stellar).
