I hear you and respect your decision but to me it would be just waiting forever for the next best thing. In a year or so when legit 2nd Gen stuff comes out, I will sell this one and get the newest... Or maybe pass it down to one of the kids..

Is your external monitor set to 150% or 100%? I have had some issues when scaling external monitor to 100%. I read somewhere that MS is working on a fix for scaling when working with an external monitor.

the only thing I've noticed is that the text is a little larger on the external monitor due to the 125% text size setting in Windows.

Not a big deal to me though since I need glasses anyway

I picked up the AOC USB Monitor. Now all I have to plug in is one usb and the power.
