Arc Touch Mouse

Des anyone have a problem with the Arc Touch Mouse? When I use it with mouse pads, it lags.. When I don't use one and on a regular surface, it works fine.. Anyone else have this problem?

Mine has been working ever since I got it for my surface pro, so you could possibly have a defective mouse

Damn, that sucks.. I just got it today. With every mouse pad I use, it lags. When on a smooth surface whether its wood or metal or whatever, works fine..

I have yet to have any issues with mine and my Surface RT.

Thanks for the help guys, I will just have it exchanged. Might have just been because I got it at WalMart.
