Change User Agent string on IE10?

Anyone know how we can change the user agent string to android or ipad etc so we can load more HTML 5 video rather than flash? Only asking this so we can use the Devices setting on the charm bar more.

Desktop IE and same as ie9. I'd rather stick with flash personally.

The only way to change it is in desktop IE. As far as I know, changing the setting doesn't apply to Metro IE.

In desktop IE, either press F12 or click on the gear in the upper right hand corner and click on F12 Developer Tools. A little window will pop up at the bottom of the window. From there, click on Tool --> Change User Agent String
