So, I installed a SD Card in my Windows Surface RT. I changed my Registry and it now installs the apps to the card. No problem. Here is my problem. I recently added another user to my tablet and we are sharing my app account. The problem is when apps are installed under the new user, most give an error message of 0x80070057. I can't even get Bing to install under the new user profile. Any clues, what is wrong? An example of one that installed with no issue is Kindle.
