A little known fact is that the Disk Clean up function doesn't show up in start screen searches.
Even less known is that it can still be access at C:\Windows\system32\cleanmgr.exe! I just used this and freed up about 2 GB.
Create a shortcut on start screen or desktop and go to properties>> shortcut>> advanced and check "run this program as an administrator", this way it will always scan system files without you telling it to, which frees even more space.
